Senry Corporation ("Senry") warrants to the original purchaser that this faucet (the "Product") you have purchased will be leak and drip-free during normal residential use for as long as the Product is owned by the original purchaser; (1-year for commercial, industrial, business and institutional uses). Senry warrants that any other parts of a faucet will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. Your original purchase invoice or sales receipt is your proof of date of purchase.

This warranty is voided if (a) Damage caused as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, neglect, tampering, and any use violation of instructions furnished by us; (b) as a result of service by anyone other than Senry or its authorized service agent; or (c) damage caused by the act of God.

This warranty covers the supply of replacements for defective parts only and Senry is not responsible for the installation, labor charges or for damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages. Replacement parts can be
obtained from your local store or directly from Senry and retains its original warranty expiration date.

Except for the warranties and conditions set forth herein, there are no other warranties either expressed or implied including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and such warranty is limited to the express warranty period. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by applicable law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall Senry be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profit, devices used in junction with this Product, data or use, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty, arising out of or in connection with the use, performance or maintenance of the Product, even if Senry has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that repair, replacement or refund, as applicable, under the warranty services described herein are your sole and exclusive remedies with respect to any breach of the Senry's warranty set forth herein.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which very from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
