SENRY ONE-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Senry Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that this product be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase.   Senry will, at its option, repair the product or replace with a similar model. Your original purchase invoice or sales receipt is your proof of date of purchase.

This warranty covers either the supply of replacements for defective parts alone to repair your product or the replacement with a similar model. 

This warranty does not cover installation costs, removal costs, or any other labor charges incurred, costs for damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement, and costs for incidental or consequential damages. 

This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. Since local building codes vary considerably, the purchaser of this product should check with a local building or plumbing contractor to insure local code compliance before installation.

This warranty does not cover the expense of normal maintenance expected for this product such as periodic replacement of washers, seals, cleaning etc. Shipping costs for returning products for repairs or for replacement parts are not covered under this limited warranty.

Replacement parts can be obtained from your authorized retailer or directly from Senry and retain the original warranty expiration.

This warranty shall be void if damage or defect is caused: (a) as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, neglect, tampering, modifications and any use violation of instructions furnished by us; (b) as a result of service by anyone other than Senry or its authorized service agent; or (c) by natural destructive forces from the physical environment.

Except for the warranties and conditions set forth herein, there are no other warranties either expressed or implied including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and such warranty is limited to the express warranty period. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by applicable law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall Senry be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profit, devices used injunction with this product, data or use, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty, arising out of or in connection with the use, performance or maintenance of the product, even if Senry has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that repair, replacement or refund, as applicable, under the warranty services described herein are your sole and exclusive remedies with respect to any breach of the Senry's warranty set forth herein.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which very from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
